#MA60169837

Jessica has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010.

It was Jessica being in a car accident that introduced her to the world of massage.

Jessica at the time did not realize that massage had such a healing effect, and this is when she decided injury massage is what she wanted to do.

Jessica's modality of choice is deep tissue, cupping, manual ligament therapy, and pin and stretch.

Jessica is also a mother of three children.

Elana

Elana Utpadel

Massage Therapist

#MA61592022

Elana completed her training in Soma Structural Integration in 2024, discovering the method through her work with horses.

After experiencing the transformative effects it had on her own body, she was inspired to try it for herself. The results were profound, not only relieving various physical issues but also significantly enhancing her riding. This experience sparked her desire to share this healing approach with others.

In her spare time, Elana enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding, hiking, skiing, and learning new skills through continuing education.
